Review of Makkal Thalapathi

The story is about Davarmathom Narayanan (Mammotty).
In an age of 13 years, he kills his father, because his father was cruel to his mother.
After years, he returns to his home – and

becomes the leader of the people living in Perumalpuram village.
He protects the city against all wrong doers.
Kunjambu Nair is his uncle, and he hates Narayanan, because he had
killed his brother – and therefore he and his son,
Giri tries to kill Narayanan. He (Narayanan) knows that they want

to kill him, but he don't do anything. He and Kunjambu Nair's daughter,
Sandhya is in good terms.
At a time, Giri tries to sell his land in Perumalpuram to some outsider,
Narayanan knows, that this would destroy the harmony of the village –
This time he goes into action! Finally it

turns out that Kunjambu Nair was the one who actually
killed his father for their wealth. Narayanan helps Ali Raghavan,
the real son of Kunjambu Nair,
to gain his birth right. When

Giri finds that he is the stepson of Kunjambu Nair, he kills his stepfather.
But the family drives him away from home with the help of Narayanan.
Rest of the film is about how and if Giri take revenge on Narayanan.
