eventhough i answered no it really depends on the condition of rapist because not many in their right mind would do it unless under influence of alcohol or probably mentally retarded but if he knows perfectly what he is doin then may be in a country like india.

If this is introduced in western countries (very small chance) celebrities and sportsmen will have even more hardtime as already accusing of rape after consensual sex is on the rise.

In jail now a days there is proper food,
good place to sleep and they only have to
work a little.

But in this case there has to be severe punishment
worse than death, that the prisoners themselves think
that they better die insted of living........such
suffering would make any1 afraid of even attempting
