Trisha’s fans have strongly condemned her views about their acts and also her addressing of their activity as stupidity.

Trisha, in a recent press interview has come out saying that she has nothing to do with the fans association and that it was started without her permission. She also condemned some of the acts that the members were indulging in (erecting life size cut outs of the actress and making offerings of milk among other things) and has gone to the extent of calling the activity as stupidity.

This has very much instigated the fans. The office bearers of the association have come out and given a very strong response.



They have reportedly said that none of the existing fans associations were ever started with the written permission or otherwise of the celebrity to whom it was dedicated. It was all built and accepted on the basis of mutual trust. They said that they had expected a lot better from Trisha. They expressed disappointment over the fact that all the good work that they had done had come to no avail and that the felt humiliated by these developments. They also made it very clear that they had done all the social work in the name of Trisha because they genuinely admired the actress and her talents. They had never expected or taken any financial aid.

In fact Trisha had said in an earlier interview that she was happy if any good work that helped people was being done in her name. But there is speculation that Trisha has disowned the association under desperation. There had been reports that the leading heroes of Kollywood had expressed their discontent in working with an actress who has a fans association.

If this is true then one can only feel sorry for Trisha and hope that things fall in place for the actress soon.
