Plot Summary:
----------------------

Raghavan(Kamal Haasan) is an honest cop in Tamil Nadu. He was deputed into the investigation of his colleague's (Prakash Raj) daughter's murder case. After a few months Arockiaraj was found to be executed in New york where he was staying with his wife after the murder of his daughter. Raghavan then goes to New York and he finds a series of corpses. The rest of the story is a graphic depiction of the culprit's acts and about how Raghavan traces and brings an end to the chase. The film is one of the most beautifully shot film with camera by Ravi Verman and ably supported by editor Anthony. The villains are the pillars of the film and the encounter scenes between them and the hero are laudable.On the down side there has been too much of violence against women.The murders are gruesome. However,the film has been declared a super hit of recent times.
