I dont think the entire song is similar..but seems that the starting feels the same..
Pavan once told me that the start(he gave some name for it which i dont remember) is something universal which anyone can use it. I have heard Rahman's "mudhalvane" song start in a English movie and was talking with Pavan long bak regarding that.
