As you know, we are working much with our torrents and trying to implement a solid torrent support along with direct links & share links -

Just to give you the best experience.

Our philosophy is very simple. No seed checking, no lecher’s protection and no password protection. We wish to share and share – that’s all what we want to do.

However we still keep track of the statistics to see how things are going – so the huge amount of money we spend on servers are not totally waste. The statistic shows us that every 2nd user seed well. That’s very good and they should be credit. Thank you on behalf of uyirvani! In last end it will only help you guys as we don’t have to use so much power seeding the old movies as well… so u can download the latest, fast.

This post is actually a survey where we want to find out who likes our torrents speed, what speed u generally get and how much u share.

If each of you could help us and fill-in three simple information’s we need, we would be very thankful. As long as we don’t see the need to put protection we will leave it open 

Hey Thanks for the excellent service... The torrent servers are extremely good.. The download speed is around 400kbps... When I seed I upload around 200kbps... So things are good...if everyone seeds its going to be a huge success....

Thanks for the torrent server. I was able to get 240kbps download and 35kbps upload speed.

hey guys i am extremely satisfied with the performance of your server's speed..its really fast..i wanna thank u guys for adding this method in ur site..recently i downloaded dasavataram movie
the average speed was 27kbps (mine is 256kbps speed broadband connection)
n the seed was upto 1(11)..dont know how to calculate this...k..i wish u to continue this service in future...

My average download speed through uTorrent is 55 Kbps and upload speed is 44 kbps. I am having a 256kbps broad band connection.

I can't believe myself yesterday evening while dl.. Dasavadharam movie & I could do within 10 minutes. The download speed was about 400kbps & I could complete 1.2 Gb within an hour. Thanks for this great torrent service.

I get an average of around 25-30 kbps down and about 10-15 on the up. As you may have guessed, I have a 256 kpbs bb connection... I am not too much into torrent. However, it appears to be a gud option and I shall keep trying it out and let you have a more detailed feedback in a while. BTW, I am generally into music and not too much into video though. And, would anyone have the mp3 to "kathi kappal" that was released recently (bout a couple of months ago). Keep the gud working going.

i dont want to discredit.. i really like d site......
but the thing is speed s quite slow......
its onli 60-70kbps for 1 mbps connection.....

I'm gettin 25 KBps dload and 11 KBps uload speed on my 256 kbps connetion.
I see that, this is much better method than dloading from rshare.

i like ta torrrent file in tis site the speed is great whn compare to other sites...........my net speed is 384kbps my download speed is 42kbps/sec taz impressive.............an my upload speed goes up to 30kbps/sec.....i would like to download ta torrent file from tis site.............uyirvani.com-rox...........

Actually I have a 256kbps connection. I dont get full speed.
My downloading speed was around 73 kbps.
my Uploading speed was around 7 kbps.




I think u need to enforce minimum ratio for a torrent.
I too dont have habit of uploading but still im saying this because it is the safest way. when many new films are released you will be rotating but there may be a chance for users to go for old movies too so by asking the user to upload upto a minimum ratio the files will never be deleted. Similarly if server goes down for one or two days thn by user uploading the file others can download.
Ratio should be minimum like around .1 to .3 because many are downloading frm servers so the user is not getting a chance for upload the file. Take my case, I have uploaded .059 till now ie for around 3 hrs if the minimum ratio is .3 then i will upload the file for a week atleast. Next week the guys who downloaded from me will upload for a week or two. SO that the old files are not removed they will remain for a longer period.

but i have a doubt tat wats mean by seeding.... aft finished download somethng called seeding was displayed but it was jus 0.5KBPS speed also as i dono wat to do for it i just closed it as such...wat should i do aft download.... can any 1 explain me... pls..............

Generally u can see the satisfaction is high - 9 out of 10 users are happy with the service (Based on Private messages and this thread) – the speed is good.
I see those who should get a 256 KB speed get below this speed - one should consider, if u download other things - not only your computer but if there is more computers in the same house. Then they also use speed. This means that your speed gets slow. Those who feel our torrent servers are slow. Stop all other downloads and test with one single file.
As a fact, the more you seed, the faster torrent we get - I myself can download with around 12 - 16mbit when I download from uyirvani servers - and I also upload till my ratio is at least 20 -
Someone in the topic asked what’s seeding - well seeding is simple once u download then u share the file u download - the more u seed, see the faster and better community u get - the reason why u could download fast is simple because the server & the rest of the community is seeding with you - so we request everyone to seed as much as possible - if you’re busy with other downloads, then u can pause your seeding and resume once your pc is free -

Our servers are very fast - so it will not take all your seeding speed as we don’t want to suck all the speed from your upload.

Concerning sharing ratio - we want to be free from setting restriction as long as there is no need for it - it’s best if people learn to seed by the self. your right naveen - old files will get somehow deleted from the server and if we have to continue seeding it - it will cost a lot of resources - but I think it’s best to teach uyirvani community the hard way -
One day when someone want to download an old file and the file does not get seeded then they will realize the responsibility they have to seed as well -
in the last end, if things does not work out then we will of course set restriction - as long as we don’t need that - we don’t have to set password / ratio and stuff i guess.

i downloaded the movie 'thiruda thiruda' in torrent. it was done in an hour, Pretty fast really. the quality of the video is also good. I will write my experience with torrent downloading whenever i use it hereafter. thanks for the wonderful service. keep it up!

the seeding level of users is very high at uyirvani - really amazed to see that 60 % of the files get high seeds thats really great new updates to torrent servers coming soon

I am able to download at 100kbps and I can seed back at 30-50kbps (this is because my Internet connection is not very fast - although it is pretty fast). This is why I have to wait more patiently sometimes during downloads and uploads.

I have always been a very big fan of uyirvani since more than 3 years ago and I will continue to support this awesome site!!!
Right now, I don't have any complaints with Uyirvani! You guys are the best!!!

And for now we wont...i must admit that our torrent speeds are really good.....i get download speed of around 205 kb and up with around 50-75 or more.....
