A huge rock in a village of Al-Hassa region raises
11cms from the ground level once in a year during the month of April and
stays elevated for about 30 minutes!!!!

hey i know abt a rock which stays in air in between a well in baghdad. but thats due to centre of gracity and exertion theory.
actually it stays in air coz the well spins at a faster rate that the stone in the middle stays in the air in the well untill the well stops. this is man made

but there seems to be no force here in this case. dunno y...
i have to search my old physics book
ill get an answer to this by this week as i have to consult a various phds from advanced physics society....
gud 1 kaymatrix and were the hel did ya get this coz this info seems to be rare. perhaps there is some flaw in this............

Since Al Ahsa is quite close to the place where i live.. maybe next april ill go and check out whether its for real..

The explanation goes that its due to the stone's got iron particles in it.. and its due to magnetic particles in the air during that particular time. I am not so sure bout the shit and the explanation, unless and until i check it out myself

hey yam all particles on the ground have some sort of gravitation in it coz earth's platelets keep moving the one on it surface also has some gravity. but air gravitation.....................its something diff. it cant lift all 11cms for 30min of such a big stone....

Magnetic Field or Some Gravity Force - What ever it may be. I need some good proof. And you peoples came with lots of xplaination from physics. Its great to hear, but the truth is I don't understand. (Sorry! Xplain me clearly - I m a tubelight)
