This topic has been their ever seens peer to peer and filedownload community started to share audio media. Many of us at uyirvani loves music.. specially when it comes to ARR music then we are totally crazy. ofcourse as its deserves. Anyhow now i got a question for all you.. we all agree that stealing is a bad thing.. unless its food for own purpose or if someone is going to die without food and he/she steals it to eat it.. all other stealing is according to my opinion illegal. But the mp3 is not stealing.. cause someone somewhere bought the CD and uploaded it .. he have full rights to upload what he have bought.. thats my opinon.. then many of you might ask me.."you didnt pay for the cd and sales are going down by downloading mp3"

now lets take the real problem out and see if if downloading mp3 is a problem or not

The main problem in this case is money ... some says ARR cannot sell as many cds as before, others might say the captial fonds will not buy the respective rights for the content as its already in the black market in fear of not able to sell as much as expect.. but guys the facts is another..
the directors of music is earning more as captial fonds are paying more for the cdies
the stats shows the sales of media is only growing even though we have faster internet today ..
so i dont see the problem in download media .. as if i listen to a really good music then i surely go and buy the cd.. cause nothing is as the original.

share ur opinon and lets get a good debate out of it

for me dwnloadin music frm net isnt illegal coz if songs r good i wil def buy cassette or cd .... moreovr its v difficult to find audio cd's of old movies .. then its not illegal to dwnload ...

but if u dwnload each n every album then i wud say its illegal .. suppose u dwnload jus to listen to the songs n if u wud buy the cd if the songs r good til then i dont think anyone got probs with it ...

well u cannot put a filter hari cause either its ok or its not ok ... i think its ok because people who really like the songs will definatly but it.. its a good service we uyirvani do.. we are marketing the mp3 free for these directors.. they didnt pay us atleast they can stop hurting us

No album of 21st century in that list...only 2 albums released in yr 2000 and 2001 are there..rest all 90's

dei those stats may b true but its misleadin ... c ppl now stil buy some classics i.e though kuch kuch hota hai released in 1998 some ppl buy cassette even 2day coz its a classic ... tats how in a span of 7 years (98-05) thr r so many sales .... now if suppose v see the stats around may b 2010 .. then v can c those albums which were around 2000-2005 ... tats my idea

my idea is its because of uyirvani is helping them we are giving them free marketing for the product !!

Hey hey guys, i rememeber one thing da, when i went to my vacation, all of my friends buy original cd u know, and we can't say only internet mp3 make down the sales of mp3, u know there is lot of cd shop's in india, after realise the albems, they will born in mp3 with all latest mp3 and sell it only 20 RS, so we can't tell only internet mp3's spoil all things , only the people from foriegne country they download the mp3s. otherwise the most of indians buy original cd's or mp3 cd's.

Why there is lot of mp3's realising in internet coz of technolazy, there is lot of player come with like a pen size, in the player we can born more then 200 mp3's like that. so ppl like download the mp3's and born in the player

See those stats carefully...For u r Information..no companies will hold rights of a particular audio product for so many years...after 1 or 2 yrs they will sell it to reigonal guys all over.this is how it is done.

These show number of units sold in that year.Sales are only in those years.You mean that websites keeps on maintaing the records for the copies that were sold each day,every year and keeps on updating them frequently?


Production of a Particular Product will be stopped after reaching a particular level,after sales of it gets diminsihing becoz companies cannot anticipate demand and keep on producing them.Its just Produciton in fixed number of lots.Then rights are given to regional distributors..and records end there.

I hope u understand..u might find it difficult to understand coz u r an engineering student...in case u dont understand or have any doubt..ask me..i wud make it clear for u.

Ok Dhil, we r all ARR fans, we don't help for him little da, we realise the mp3 after realising 15 days, but it's really stupid coz lot of other sites will put the mp3's, we can't make download all mp3's, will try our best little , what r u thinking dhil, we realise mp3 after realising or after 15 days?

I can give u a guarantee that most of the members here who silent and passive are here just for the music. U stop it, they are going to get it somewhere else.

I download most of my music, because it is very difficult to get original music cd's in Saudi Arabia. Even if I buy from stores, its a pirated copy. So the music director or anybody wouldn't be getting any money, as this is the same case as Mp3's.

i fully agree with yamishyakoob.. its the same case in denmark.. but as my dad travels a lot to other countries he gets it from their only.. we should continue helping arr As we are the best marketers for him

thats why i download the mp3s, and if we want help to arr, why not we doing like that, we make a donation section who download the mp3's and we send it to arr TB associan the money, what r u thinking about that guys?
