In recent developments, Guyya Payan aka Pavan has turned state witness has claimed that Mr. Dhil aka The Captain was the one who murdered the shoutbox. Guyya Payan has also said that he has proof's to support the claim.

Investigators (Mr. ISA) have not been able to catch Mr.Dhil aka The Captain as yet for introgation!

Guyya Payan has been arrested under un-bailable conditions. Mr. ISA had given reprieve for Guyya Payan for two reasons, one being his B'day and the other being that Guyya claimed that the captian was the one who removed the shoutbox.

Now suspicions are fairly back on Guyya, as he offered a $10 million bribe to the investigators!

Ms. Asin said that she had more important problems in her life (Trisha) than bother about some petty street convict like Mr. Pavan Kumar (who she has never heard of her in her life).

Later in the Evening We caught up with Mr.Pavan and Whn asked him about the news released yesterday by Mr.Yamish ,He immediatly Declined all the allegations made by that so called reporter whom he called as an Stupid and Idotic Reporter

He said that Press in the country has got to go long way and The government should take appropriate steps to tackle these type of reporters who are after decling the image of a man who has done so much to the country...

Mr.Pavan also showed us all the necessary documents whcih proved that Mr.Yamish report has been extremly baseless.

Intiating Action againt Mr.Yamish,Mr Pavan has filed a suit against him in the Supereme court demanding a jail sentance and compensation of 10Million US$ for breaching the privacy and damging the image.

After filing the petition on Mr.Yamish the case came to hearing the very next day and Mr.Yamish was found guilt and was sentanced to 10years of jail and was asked to pay compensation of 8Million US$ to Mr.Pavan.

Mr.Yamish was taken to Tihar jail,and later in the night he complained of chest pain and was taken to hospital.On the way Mr.Yamish tried to escape but he was shot by police persons ,He sustained 25 bullet injuries in the head and another 18 bullets in his chest and rest of parts...
