Tattoo was a cultural symbol of Athivasis.
Later, (even 50 years before) Ladies's shoulder and hands were decorated with tattoo to cover the most visible parts as they all were banned from wearing Blouses.
Now wearing one side ear ring , ring at the center of nose , ring at umbilical are signs of bankruptcy of thoughts in the minds of youngsters.
These disgruntled youths are socially negative people.
Modern tattoo youths failed.
Once MGR asked his followers to have TWO LEAVES symbol tattoo on their hand to show their loyalty to his party ? Primitive !!
